Foothills is a land-owned, 55+ homeowners association located in beautiful San Marcos, CA. The Foothills is a manufactured home park that contains 123 residences spread over 26 acres of beautiful landscape. HOA dues are low, and there are plenty of amenities to enjoy!

At the entrance to the park stands our clubhouse. Always something going on!
Our main clubhouse area is huge, and accommodates many events each year.
Our clubhouse has a large & beautiful pool!
Tables, chairs and umbrellas surround the pool.
Plenty of room to lounge & chat with friends.
Next to the pool is our 2400 square foot recreation room!
A spa is also available, set in its own private area.
A well-equipped billiards room is also present!
Our game and card room gets plenty of use.

The clubhouse has a full kitchen area, suitable for hosting large parties.
